Experienced Foreign Captains are needed for Beijing Capital Airlines Company Information: The establishment of Beijing Capital Airlines Co., Ltd, abbreviated as “Capital Airlines” with JD for IATA designator, is jointly approved by Civil Aviation Administration of China and Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce. Capital Airlines is co-invested by HNA Group and Beijing Tourism Group. Beijing Capital International Airport is its main base. Capital Airlines’ predecessor-Deer Air-was founded on November 16, 1998. On April 2, 2010 Deer Air changed its name into Beijing Capital Airlines. On May 2, 2010 Beijing Capital Airlines launched its first service. Capital Airlines owns 44Airbus aircrafts ,25of which are A319 and 19of which are A320.. The average age of all aircrafts is less than 4 years with reliable and remarkable performance. It is one of the youngest fleet and the largest Airbus aircrafts groups in the country. Captain Position T&C Minimum Requirements: 500+ hours PIC on type (A319/320/321) Current on type within 12 months 3000+ hours total time Valid/current ATPL issued from a country that has diplomatic relations with the People’s Republic of China Valid passport issued by a country that has diplomatic relations with the People’s Republic of China Valid/current Class A (First Class) Medical No history of incidents or accidents. Must provide a letter from your current/previous employer or CAA. ICAO Level 4 (or equivalent) English proficiency No criminal history. Must provide a notarized and authenticated proof of no criminal history document from your home country government Maximum age 55 years No license limitations (eg. VMC circle to land restriction) Have flown within 12 months from date of application and for the purpose of keeping the validity of the license, the last “Proficiency Test” for pilots is still within 6months Domicile: Beijing, Xi’an, Guangzhou,Sanya, Haikou ,Hohhot and Hangzhou Compensation: $220,000USD- $238,000 /year (net) + $16,000(net)Annual Bonus Contract Term: 3 year initial / Renewable at 5 year increments Benefits: Salary:$16,000USD-17,000/month (net) Salary based on 80 hours. O/T rate is 200USD and 300USD. Training Pay $8,800 during ground training (maximum of 6 weeks - hotel provided) $11,000 after 6 weeks until completion of line check. Full pay starts after line check.
